A seasoned executive with proven leadership for established and emerging technology companies, Mar brings more than 20 years of engineering and product development from IBM, McAfee, Microsoft, TIBCO and Varolii Corporation. Extending his expertise in enterprise tech, SaaS and data analytics, Mar will spearhead Scout Analytics' next phase of operations maturity and ecosystems integration to support the high rate of company growth.

Mar previously served as CTO and co-founder of GridStat, Inc., a startup in the security and enterprise integration space, as well as CTO at Varolli Corporation where he was a driving force in transforming the company's offerings from one-of-a-kind solutions to scalable, configurable SaaS products. Mar also led the engineering team at FrontBridge where they achieved 1200% growth in network traffic over a span of 12 months, ultimately resulting in the company's acquisition by Microsoft in 2005. Prior, Mar held engineering and product development roles at IBM, McAfee and TIBCO.
