Kaminski joins Marin Software from leading performance marketing agency iProspect, where he served as President of Business Performance.

At Marin, Kaminski will oversee the global customer success team, a role that will include ensuring customers are fully leveraging the Marin platform. Kaminski was previously Chief Operating Officer at iProspect where led the firm's 350 person client services, technology, training, and product innovation teams, and was responsible for overseeing the delivery of business results and superior client services. Since joining iProspect in 2000, Kaminski contributed significantly to the firm's growth in various leadership roles including founder and executive director of the San Francisco office. Kaminski currently serves on the SEMPO (Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization) Board of Directors. A sought after presenter, Kaminski has presented at client conferences and industry events around the world, including ad:tech, Online Marketing World, Search Engine Strategies (SES), and Search Marketing Expo (SXM) Advanced.
